Credit Repair Tips I'm Following

1. Paying My Bills On Time and Watching My Credit

This sounds like a no brainer, but dang that is how I got into trouble in the first place.  I have my accounts set up on auto pay with my bank, so I know I'll never miss a payment.  I also try to pay 5 days in advance, just to make sure I don't miss the deadline.

 2. Removing My Negative Items

I'm using Lexington Law Firm the largest and most creditable credit repair firm in the nation to remove my negative items.  They have a removed hundreds of thousands of negative items and they have already removed some for me.  I recommend anyone I know with bad credit to them.

You can call them at 1-800-223-7615 or just check out their website at www.lexingtonlaw.com.

3.  Improving My Debt To Limit Ratio

This is a matter of keeping your balances low and not maxing out your credit cards.  This can be hard sometimes, because bills just come up.  I've been trying to spread out my balances and trying to keep everything below 35%.

4.  Diversifying My Credit

I have a car loan and a line of credit, but I'm applying for a credit card now.  I will also try to apply to get on my some of wife's accounts, so I can take advantage of her credit.
